The Animal Welfare Project
Supporting animal rescue centres
The Animal Welfare project is concerned with the protection and wellbeing of animals. It raises funds for local shelters (e.g. Bruno Shelter), the treatment and care of injured or ill animals, supports conservation efforts, the sterilisation of stray animals and encourages adoptions.
The Animal Welfare C.A.S. group organises events such as:
- Valentine’s Day
- Visits to animal shelters (Bruno)
- Visits to the vet
- On-going virtual vending (snacks)
The project is suitable for students who:
- Are passionate animal lovers and animal rights supporters
